Children's Classes

The West CE Wing is known as  “THE QUARRY”.

It is the location of many of the younger Children's classes. 

Rubies - 2 yr old class     (9/8/08 - 8/31/09)

Emeralds - 3 yr old class      (9/1/07 - 8/31/08)

Sapphires - 4 yr old class      (8/1/06 - 8/31/07)

Pebbles - Kindergarten      (9/1/05 - 8/31/06)

Nuggets - 1st Grade         (9/1/04 - 8/31/05)

Stepping Stones - 2nd Grade     (9/1/03 - 8/31/04)

Rockhounds - 3rd grade    (9/1/02 - 8/31/03)

Rockhounds - 4th grade    (9/1/01 - 8/31/02)

Rockhounds - 5th grade    (9/1/00 - 8/31/01)

Rockhounds - 6th grade   (9/1/99 - 8/31/00)

How did we come up with these class names?  Because we already had Jr and Sr High ministries called Cornerstone and RockSolid, we decided to continue with the "stone" symbols.  Our youngest are Precious Jewels and we encourage our Rockhound Middle school age to begin "serching on their own for the treasures" found in the Bible.  We want our kids to have a good foundation and we believe that starts with The Rock, our Lord Jesus Christ.
